Shipping Rates
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Domestic Shipping Only
At this time we only ship within the United States.
Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Stolen Packages
The Detail Supply CO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing please contact your local carrier or file a claim directly with them.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@thedetailsupplyco.com with your order number and photos of the damage.
