Orders & Payment

Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

The only exception is items that arrive damaged or defective. If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photo evidence of the damage. Upon review and approval, we will issue a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion.

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use, storage, or application of any product.
